Potty-Trained at 10 Weeks?

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I am starting to wonder if the New York Times is consciously trying to make American mothers feel guilty. First we're told that all the moms are "opting out" of work, with "all" meaning fairly well-to-do mamas, not the majority of us who work because we have to have certain luxuries like, oh, say, FOOD.
Now the Times is telling us that "elimination communication" is what all the truly bonded and committed mamas are doing. Phantom Scribbler has a worthy response to the NYT article by Tina Kelley and op-ed by Meredith Small about "elimination communication."
